BANKING CODE OF CONDUCT
On 15 October 2012 a revised version of the code of conduct for the banking sector was implemented: the "Banking code of conduct".
This code of conduct was drawn up on the initiative of Febelfin, the Belgian Federation of the finance sector. By signing this charter, your financial institution confirms that they will strictly observe the values applicable in the sector in their day-to-day dealings with you.
